Successfully trialled in FY25

GYDE365-Discover has been successful trialled for Microsoft’s SFR150 (Salesforce replacement) Program, resulting in several new customer wins and Microsoft funded implementations. Based on this success, utilisation of GYDE365-Discover has been extended to include the CE (CRM) and ERP Accelerate Programs for FY26.

WHAT IS GYDE365-DISCOVER?

GYDE365-Discover is an online application used by partners across the world to quickly, effectively, and objectively evaluate whether Microsoft Dynamics 365 is the right solution for their prospective customers’ businesses. 

It streamlines the traditional, time-consuming process of requirements gathering. Lengthy workshops are replaced with a structured, survey-driven approach for capturing a company’s business application needs, typically taking no more than 8 hours of their time. Once complete, a comprehensive Dynamics 365 Fit-Gap Analysis and Sales Proposal document can be auto-generated by GYDE365-Discover for the partner to present back to their prospects. This complete end-to-end process can be completed in as little as a week, with minimal effort and disruption for both parties.

GYDE365-Discover has not only given the majority of customers the confidence to move forward with Dynamics 365, but it has also laid the foundations for better-aligned and derisked implementations.
