  • The organisation was mid-way through a global roll-out of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • For their Eastern European operations, which totals around 100 users, they wanted to understand whether it makes both financial and business sense to implement Dynamics 365 Business Central rather than Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.


  • Following an initial briefing from Seer 365, subject matter experts from their central operation and each of their Eastern European  markets (Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland) completed their respective elements of the GYDE365-Discover survey.
  • Microsoft ECIF Funded.



  • Survey completion to presentation of Output Reports took only 4 weeks.


  • Output report allowed them to easily identify common requirements and compare both Microsoft solutions.
  • Report provided detailed fit-gap analysis for both offerings, plus ISV solution recommendations for plugging identified gaps.
  • Dentsu used the output report to define a standard templated solution for roll out across all their Eastern European operations.
