BACKGROUND
Mercurius IT is a UK-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM partner with offshore capabilities in India and strong credentials, including being awarded Companial’s ‘Partner of the Year’ awards in both 2022 and 2023.
Jay Tahasildar, Managing Director of Mercurius IT, explained that he started his ERP journey as a user back in 1996 and his extensive experience has taught him that each implementation is uniquely based upon the skill and expertise of the implementation team. Then GYDE365-Design builds on the requirements gathered in the Discovery phase by capturing detailed functional requirements, producing comprehensive, detailed Solution Design documentation.

An example of this more efficient approach is with BLK BOX who were onboarded onto Business Central in record time, saving both the customer and Mercurius IT valuable time and resources.
