To help Microsoft meet the increasing worldwide demand for Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), its ERP offering for small and medium-sized businesses, throughout FY26, it will invest heavily in a program of recruitment and training for a significant number of new implementation partners.

This is a strategic initiative for Microsoft, and for those companies that meet their partner selection criteria, a significant investment will be made to get their new practices up and running quickly and effectively. To achieve this, Microsoft is partnering with three leading organisations that specialise in Dynamics 365 business enablement to facilitate the speedy and cost-effective onboarding, tooling up, and training of these new Business Central partners. These are:

• Ciellos – Providing practical functional and technical training on the Business Central application, cloud ecosystem, compelling demos, deployment, development, and more – arming partners with the capability and confidence to win deals quickly.

• 365 Talent Portal – Delivering a comprehensive commercial ‘Practice Accelerator’ program that combines strategic training and hands-on coaching to guide you through every stage of building a high-performing Business Central practice.

• Seer 365 – Providing set-up and training on their cost-effective suite of GYDE365 productivity applications, which accelerate the set-up and scaling of a new Business Central practice, without the need for lots of new hires.
