APPROACH

  • Project was led by an Enterprise architect with a small team of three other specialists contributing to the GYDE365-Discover survey
  • Used GYDE365-Discover to enable them to carry out a quick and detailed comparison exercise of Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Business Central against their business requirements

RESULTS

  • Timings:

    • Received their detailed Dynamics 365 BC and F&SCM analysis against their submitted business requirements within three weeks.

    Outcomes:

    • 71% and 93% fit of out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 BC and F&SCM, respectively, against their business requirements
    • Impressed with the process and will be making an informed decision on BC or F&SCM based on the detailed fit/gap analysis, costings and licensing information provided.
