Customer Engagement Managers
We are looking for experienced, passionate Customer Engagement Managers to join our team. The role will be multi-disciplinary working with our customers and partners through their journey with Seer and our GYDE365 platform.
Core responsibilities include:
- Onboarding customers and partners onto our GYDE365 platform
- Regular partner and customer reviews
- Issue management
- Account management
Core Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Track record of managing projects
- Ability to estimate business application projects
- A good understanding of ERP & CRM concepts
