Sam Dharmasiri
Chief Executive Officer
Co-founder of Seer 365, Sam is well-known and respected within the Microsoft business applications ecosystem, having previously grown and sold three successful Microsoft Dynamics businesses, the most recent, at it's time of sale to a large Global Systems Integrator, was the UK's largest Dynamics partner. As an experienced leader, he has a real passion for improving business efficiency and productivity, which was where the idea for Seer 365 and the GYDE365 platform originally came from. He is 100% focused on helping Microsoft Dynamics 365 partners, ISV Partners, their customers and Microsoft itself to be more successful. Sam holds a BA in Materials Science & Engineering. When he's not working, Sam is maried with three children and he plays, coaches and is Chairman of a succesful, local grass hockey team.
Joe Padda
Chief Commercial Officer
Joe is responsible for all the commercial aspects of the Seer 365 business. Before co-founding Seer 365, he established, grew and successfully sold a digital marketing agency before embarking on a successful career as a senior sales leader, firstly, for the UK's largest Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner, and subsequently, for the Microsoft Business Applications practice of a leading global Systems Integrator. He is passionate about helping Microsoft partners and their customers to improve their efficiency and increase their profitability. Joe has a BA in Law. When he is not working, he is generally thinking about work(!) but more importantly, spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
Sara Cheaveau
Chief Operating Officer
Sara has responsibility for overall operational excellence at Seer 365 and she also provides Dynamics 365 selection, design and implementation best practice advisory services, particularly around planning, effective change management and people engagement. After spending her early career implementing and managing software projects, Sara was Head of Presales and Engagement at the UK's leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner before becoming the Operations Lead for the Microsoft Dynamics practice of a leading global Systems Integrator. It is these customer-centric roles and her that makes Sara so valuable to both Seer 365 and our clients. Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her young family up in the North-East, where she lives.
Tash Quinn
Regional Director - ANZ Region
Tash Quinn is responsible for heading up and growing our presence in the ANZ region. Well-recognised and respected within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 community, she has held several senior positions at successful Microsoft Dynamics partners in the UK, including eBECS, where, as Enterprise Solution Director, she was instrumental in the development, growth and eventual sale of the practice to DXC Technology. Following the sale, she moved back to her native Australia, taking on the role of Chief Technology Officer for the Microsoft practice of a leading Global Systems Integrator, where she led the transformation and standardisation of their implementation methodology, as well as leading their pre-sales and Enterprise Dynamics 365 teams.
Fabio Araujo
General Manager - Americas
Fabio is responsible for heading up and growing our presence in the Americas region, covering North America, South America & Canada. He is an accomplished and highly regarded executive with a track record spanning over 25 years, delivering impactful results in the business applications space across a variety of sales, marketing and channel development leadership roles. He spent his early career in senior product marketing roles with both JD Edwards and Oracle before joining Microsoft in 2012. There he held the roles of Marketing & Strategy Director, driving Dynamics growth across South America, followed by Global Business Applications - Corporate Strategy Lead, with responsibility for growing expanding their business applications footprint across the globe. Fabio is a qualified pilot and when he is not working, will be up in the sky or spending time with his wife and children. "
Richard Hughes
Partner Strategy Director
Richard is responsible for our Microsoft and Partner (Dynamics 365 and ISV) relationships. He has worked in the Microsoft Dynamics space for over 20 years, both directly for Microsoft and within their partner ecosystem. He is a strong advocate for both Microsoft and its business applications and has a wealth of advice that he can offer on how partners can successfully work within the Microsoft ecoystem. He currently sits on the board of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP), helping members with their journey to increased sustainability, a personal passion of his. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his young family, learning about the latest technology, and supporting his beloved Welsh rugby team.
Tony Stillman
Chief Product Architect
Anthony is our Chief Product Architect and has overall responsibility for our GYDE365-Design solution. He is a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architects, with 20+ years’ Microsoft Business Applications experience. During his career, he has managed various pre-sales teams, worked as an Enterprise Architect, and established a Technical Design Authority for a leading Dynamics 365 Global Systems Integrator. His vast experience and insight from working with clients of all sizes, across multiple industries and geographies, has and continues to help shape our future product strategy. Tony's children have flown the nest, so he enjoys spending his free time travelling with his wife, keeping fit and amusing his grandchildren.
Ross Soady
Customer Success Director
Ross manages our Partner Success Team and has overall responsibility for ensuring that our clients are happy and getting everything they need from the GYDE365 platform. Over the past 25 years, most of which have been spent working in the Microsoft Dynamics space, Ross has built and managed several high-performing, customer-facing teams. With a strong understanding of both existing and emerging technologies, he provides a ‘customer-first, technology first’approach for delivering value to our clients, blending the unique knowledge, intuition and insight of individuals with the benefits that only technology can bring. Ross has a deep interest in the use of both business intelligence and analytics for enabling faster and more effective business decisions. On the rare occasion that Ross isn't choosing to work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.
Emma Wright
Product Development Director
Emma is responsible for the ongoing development of our GYDE365-Discover application, which enables companies to quickly evaluate the Dynamics 365 suite of business application. She has 25+ years’ ERP experience, over 11 of which have been spent working specifically with Dynamics NAV and Business Central. Initially working as a Senior Consultant, in more recent years, she headed up and helped grow the Business Central practice for a large Systems Integrator. Her experience is invaluable for GYDE365, especially for enhancing the advanced Business Central capabilities of the platform - an increasingly important part of our overall offering. Emma is a keen traveller and is often off exploring exotic locations with her husband.
